Australian Champion Alnclair Aiming High

Aimee is pictured above aged 10 years old winning Best Opposite Sex Veteran in Show at the 9th National Golden Retriever Show.

Aimee is a real character - always on the go, but also as gentle as can be with any babies.  Aimee won her first challenge points as a minor puppy under a Gundog Specialist judge, and also won her qualifying points for her Australian Championship title under a Golden Retriever Specialist judge aged 22 months old.

Aimee 2nd from left at the National - GRCV October 2014. Some of the entrants in the Veterans' Parade at the Welcome Ceremony.

Our beautiful girl crossed the Rainbow Bridge on 11 May 2020 to join her soulmate Gilly - gone but never forgotten gorgeous Aimee.

" What an amazing girl for nearly 11 years of age (too old to go in the veteran class so had to be shown in Open!!)  Her movement belied her age, she went around the ring like she owned it!!!  A pleasure to watch.  Short coupled, great angulation front and rear, pretty head and expression, a credit both to herself and her owners.  I would have loved to have judged her a few years ago!"

29-30 October 2014 - Mrs Nancy Talbott (Belgold - USA)

1st place in Veteran Bitch Class and Opposite Sex Veteran in Show

"Just a really lovely bitch.  I really like her proportions, she has leg underneath her, she is not long in the body, a lovely head and expression.  Carries herself very nicely.  Really didn't put her feet wrong when moving.  She has excellent reach and drive, she is smooth and effortless.  Her coat texture is still quite good.  She stands four square.  Beautiful bend of stifle with matching front assembly.  I just think she is an absolutely gorgeous bitch."
